daily reminders
1.) Say yes – but don’t be a pushover if you really don’t want to.
2.) Write more – blog, type, write in my commonplace book.
3.) Remember: you are loved – to receive love, you must give love.
4.) Be me – because only I know how to be and do me.
5.) Be spontaneous – sometimes you just need to go crazy.
6.) Have structure – sometimes you need this too.
7.) Meditate – time to calm my mind and recenter.
8.) Strive for happiness – or at least, don’t forget that it exists.
